How to choose a shower room

The handles, pull rods, hinges, and other accessories in a shower enclosure are crucial. If even a small corner of tempered glass is damaged, the entire pane will shatter. High-end shower enclosures prioritize adjustable features in their design; for example, the wall panels may have horizontal and vertical adjustment capabilities to correct for deviations caused by cement workers and installers.

The hardware accessories are mostly made of copper or stainless steel, with 304 stainless steel being the best choice. A crucial factor affecting the quality of copper fittings is the quality of electroplating. All electroplated parts in the shower enclosure (including plastic parts) must undergo seven layers of plating: the first layer is alkaline copper; the second is adhesive copper (using the world's best imported South African adhesive copper); the third is acid copper (plating three layers of copper with different properties, for multiple cleaning and to fill and smooth out tiny pinholes on the copper surface); the fourth is semi-bright nickel plating; the fifth is full-bright nickel plating; the sixth is nickel plating (because nickel has a honeycomb-like surface, two more layers of nickel with different properties are necessary to correct the pits, thus preventing black spots, pinholes, and other quality problems on the product surface); the seventh layer is chromium plating to prevent corrosion, maintain brightness, and improve hardness and wear resistance. The surface is treated with electroplating for even greater wear resistance and to prevent scratches. The eighth layer is a 12-hour sealing oil to protect all coatings and ensure the lifespan of the electroplated layer and the substrate. The surface will not exhibit black spots, blistering, delamination, or other defects.
