A complete shower enclosure is a sanitary unit without a steam generator, consisting of a spray system, shower enclosure body, shower screen, top cover, and base or bathtub. Its basic structure is an aluminum alloy frame enclosure (with an outer powder-coated finish) paired with a base made of diamond, acrylic, or fiberglass. Common sizes include 900×900mm and 1000×1000mm, suitable for home use. Complete shower enclosures are fully enclosed, have good heat retention, and come with an independent drain pipe. Their main materials are non-absorbent and moisture-proof.
The product must comply with QB2584-2007 standards, with leakage not exceeding 50mL. This product uses PS plastic panels, FRP panels, textured tempered glass, or tempered laminated glass doors, and is equipped with chrome-plated handles. Features include back massage, wave function, waterfall faucets, music playback, and foot massage functions. Some models offer multiple spa modes via computer control. The base is available in two types: high-basin and low-basin, with a non-slip shower tray enhancing safety.
During installation, ensure the main frame aluminum alloy thickness is no less than 1.1mm, conforms to national standards such as GB 5237-2004, and is 3C certified. Tempered glass with 3C certification should be used, and consider adding an explosion-proof film. Suitable for small bathrooms to achieve wet and dry separation. Most products are standardized finished products with limited customization options.
