The installation process of a prefabricated shower enclosure mainly consists of three stages: construction preparation, assembly, and finishing work. Dry construction is used, typically carried out by two workers, and assembly can be completed in as little as 4 hours.
During installation, ensure the base is level, free of water accumulation, and securely connected to the drain. Conduct a thorough water test, drill holes in the correct locations on the wall to fix the aluminum frame, tighten the glass to the base, accurately install the sanitary ware and sliding door, and adjust the feel. Ensure proper waterproofing and sealing of the joints, and finally, perform overall adjustments and tightening.
During use, avoid impacts from sharp objects to the glass, and prevent spontaneous glass breakage due to improper installation, poor hardware quality, or inadequate maintenance. It is recommended to choose tempered glass with 3C certification and explosion-proof film, and have it installed by a professional manufacturer to minimize risks.
